Madrid, May 2018.- The Enrique Ochoa Foundation (www.enriqueochoa.com) will host on 17th May at the headquarters of ESNE (University School of Design, Innovation and Technology) an interesting meeting-colloquium under the title "Ochoa + Lorca: Musical Painting" that will bring together a large group of experts in the work of Ochoa and Federico García Lorca.

It is a unique event, timed to commemorate the 120th anniversary of the birth of the poet from Granada, who was a reference in the work of the painter Enrique Ochoa from Cádiz. The meeting will also be the prelude and presentation of the exhibition that will open in June at the Cervantes Institute in New York.

The Meeting-Colloquium "Ochoa + Lorca" will be chaired by Javier Cremades, President of Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Abogados, Rafael Díaz and Alberto López Rosado, respectively General Director and Secretary General of ESNE. Moderated by Gabriel Fernández, former General Director of the Community of Madrid, César Antonio Molina, former Minister of Culture, who was Director at the Cervantes Institute, Manuel Lucena, Doctor of American History and Visiting Professor of Harvard and Stanford, the professors Ángela Ena, José Valencia and Francisco Ferrero Campos, as well as José F. On the occasion of the exhibition of the Hispano-American Hall of Madrid in 1915, the poet from Granada referred to Ochoa with the following poem: "Lunar annunciations and transparent archangels, black green hair of Andalusian women. Music of songs with the rhythm of clear cadmium. Lemon yellow, pale violet. Painter? Musician? Poet? CREATOR".

The meeting has the institutional collaboration of the Cervantes Institute, as enjoys the support of Air Europa, ESNE, Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo lawyers, Carrillo Projects, Cesce, Redondo Iglesias, Montessori School, Olmata and the Dermocosmetic and Laser Medicine Center, the latter directed by Doctor Isabel Estévez MD, Vice-president of the Pintor Enrique Ochoa Foundation.
